boardpilot offers three categories of deliverables: live and on‐site training services, digital information products, and physical goods related to director education.
4. Service Categories
4.1 Live and On‐site Training Services
Includes workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions delivered by qualified instructors at scheduled times.
4.2 Information Products
Includes e-guides, recorded sessions, templates, and other downloadable materials designed for self-study.
4.3 Goods
Includes printed manuals, workbooks, and branded training materials dispatched to your specified address.
5. Refund Policy
At boardpilot, we strive for client satisfaction. The following outlines conditions and procedures for refunds and reimbursements.
- Services: You may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days through the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule at no extra fee with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Requests submitted fewer than 7 days prior to the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- Information Products: As access is granted immediately upon purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed the content. Submit your request via our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 days through the original payment method. Once access has occurred, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund.
- Goods: Physical items may be exchanged or reimbursed if shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via our contact form to obtain shipping instructions. Reimbursements are issued within 20 days of receipt.
6. Non‐Refundable Services
Certain on-demand recordings and exclusive workshops are offered with immediate access or limited seating and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement. This policy ensures consistency in availability and scheduling integrity for all participants.
7. Modifications and Scheduling
You may request to reschedule any live service by notifying us at least 7 days before the session via our contact form. We will confirm availability or propose alternative dates. Fees remain valid for rescheduled sessions within 6 months of the original booking. No credit carries beyond this period.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boardpilot disclaims liability for indirect or incidental issues arising from the use of our services, products, or information. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is as outlined in Section 5.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without reference to rules of conflict.
